How can local authorities include social groups who otherwise lack a voice? How can citizens be included efficiently and sustainably in decision-making processes in non-election years? This course examines the ways in which local authorities can ensure citizen participation in decision-making processes. We will discuss the ways in which citizens can make their voices heard and exercise their statutory rights.
That was the theme of final workshop held in Belgrade 26-29 September 2017, for participants from Macedonia, Ukraine, Kosovo, Georgia and Serbia.
